    • Name, farm ID, telephone number, and other identifiers you may use . We collect this information in various ways, including during initial partner registration which is carried out offline at the office;
  2. Information we collect automatically: We collect information about you and your use of our services, your interactions with us, as well as information regarding the devices you use to access our services. This information includes:
    • device ID (such as phoneid);
    • information collected through the use of cookies, web and other technologies.
  3. Information from other sources: We also obtain information from other sources. We protect this information in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Statement, and any additional restrictions imposed by the source of the information. These sources vary over time, but may include:
    • Google Geo Location service providers who help us determine your GPS-based location to customize our services as well as for other uses in accordance with this Privacy Statement;

Prevent, detect, and investigate potentially prohibited or illegal activities, including enforcing our terms (such as determining whether and the identity of which of your farm users are eligible and determining whether certain devices are permitted to use the account consistently with our Terms of Use);
  8. Analyze and understand our audiences, improve our services (including user interface experience and service performance), and optimize their functionality, recommendation algorithms and delivery;
  9. Use Google Geo Location services to display a map of your garden

Information Disclosure

We disclose your information for certain purposes only to you (our farming partners) and not to third parties as explained below:

  1. Mitra Tani (yourself): As explained above, in providing Efarmer services to members and providing information about the services. we can share information:
    • You can only see your plantation identity yourself through the account you registered

When sharing information, we will ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Statement and as permitted by applicable data protection laws. You can communicate with us on email or come to our office.

Access to Accounts and Profiles

  1. Kebun :The Gardens menu allows you to see all the identities of the gardens that you have registered with us, if you want to add a new garden you can submit a garden application.
  2. Pencarian Cadong: Disbursement of spare parts is a report on the results of searching for spare parts that have been submitted through a mechanism at the office.
  3. S.P.T.A: S.P.T.A is your sugar cane delivery order which we will inform you about continuously based on the data input mechanism that we carry out in the office.
  4. Penerimaan Tebu: Tabu Receipts are a recap of the weighted S.P.T.A which was previously input offline at our office.
  5. Peta Kebun : The Garden Map is a geo-location map that depicts the polygon map of your garden in geo-location.
